I belong to a very poor family. My parents do hard labour for earning bread and butter. In this adverse situation, I passed my intermediate exams. I came to know about Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission from one of my friend, he told me that after successfully completing the training; a job is also ensured. I discussed with my parents and got myself enrolled at ICA InfoTech Pvt Ltd for Banking and Accounting course. I regularly attended 5 month training course and learned about basics of computers, Accounts, Tally, Grammar and in addition got Personality Development tips . After my training Med Sev Healthcare Pvt Ltd Punjab selected me for the post of System Executive on monthly remuneration of Rs. 12000/-. It helped me a lot in managing monthly expenses of my family.

My Father is a contractual employee in Post Office and is the only earning person in the family. Because of the above, it was difficult for us to manage our expenses. I was very much disappointed with our poor financial condition. One day I came to know that one of my friend was doing training at ICA InfoTech, I was also told that after completing training he would also get a job. Then I went to ICA Infotech Pvt Ltd, Balaji Puram, Mathura Centre and got enrolled myself for Banking and Accounting course. After completing my training, presently, I am working as assistant Accountant at S.M. Degree College at present on monthly remuneration of Rs. 12000/- per month.

There are 4 members in my family. I always dreamt to work in medical field but had no pratical knowledge. Also not being eloquent and expressive, I always hesitated to interact with others. I completed my training from UPSDM in General Duty Assistant from A4E India Pvt Ltd. After completion of training I found myself a different person in appearance and disposition. I got selected in a well reputed hospital Medanta Medicity Gurgaon. Presently, I am earning Rs 12000/- with other perks. I was not able to pursue my studies further after intermediate because of poor economic condition of my family. My father works in the fields of others & has a meagre income. My whole family of 5 member sustains on his meagre income. I always wished if I could support my family financially, so I was looking for a good job which may help me earn some amount to support the family. Luckily one day I came to know about UPSDM. I took admission in A4E UPSDM training Centre, Haidergarh. After completing the course, I got a job in Medanta Medicity Gurgaon as a General Duty Assistant on a salary of Rs. 12000/- month. I am very happy. I am highly thankful to God that I could have an opportunity to join the UPSDM Training Programme. My efforts to get a platform to prove myself have now fructified
